i did it,but every time,i get Rubicante's cowl,and Cagnazzo...

I never had the Scarmiglione's fang...

A little trick is, when you get duplicate items from chests or red enemies, force quit the game (home -> quit). When you get back into the game, you were auto saved at the last floor you completed, so you dun have to redo the whole gateway again.
