New, Starting off and a little puzzled
Hello!
i just registerd on the forms but cant find my way around. (Im not new to dissidia 012 ive played 1200 hours) im very good i have played previously with cherub_anima and Decided to join the forms and enter some Compotions But im a little lost XD cant find may way round, could someone give me the basics?
Can you clarify what you're lost with? Is it navigating the forum, what each of the sections are for, or some other third issue?

Well realy i would like to know a bit about how to join torniements and to learn what the Triple Triad is used for.

There will usually be announcements around the forum to let everyone know that a new tournament is around the corner. When that happens, a sign up thread will always appear a week or two before a tournament. All you have to do is signup before they close.
As for Triple Triad, it's a card game that's based on FFVIII's Triple Triad. Weekly you'll get your gil, which you'll be able to save up and then spend on different card decks.
