Load failed. The data is corrupted...

Greetings, so while i was playing Dissidia 012, i ejected my memory stick, and now when i go back to load it again it says Load failed. The data is corrupted.

After doing hours of internet search for help i have come down to this, my file (DISSIDIA.BIN) is actually OK (i believe), but i'm missing the "PARAM.SFO" file. I noticed i have a few replays files that also have the PARAM.SFO file, I've tried to put one of them in replacement but it didn't work. I also have tried starting a new file and taking that PARAM.SFO to my old file, it gets to the point when i try to load it, it says "Load failed. The data is corrupted."

So, is there a way to fix this?
I have tried to find a solution on the internet, i searched pretty much every where. BTW, my psp isn't hacked or uses CFW.

nope, seems like a corrupted file.... also, not a good idea to eject your memory stick while your psp on, wait til it on sleep, or prepfully off before doing it, if it was a 100% save there one you can download on the forum

Yes... i know... it was very stupid of me, i accept that...
On the comforting side, it was a little less than 60hrs of game-play... no characters lvl 100, highest: 82.
But But... every where i go on the internet, ppl say that corrupted data is dead there is no more hope however there is always someone else who says about some program that can fix it. I am not saying you are wrong, i just still believe there is hope...
If there is anyone who knows or has confirmation that such a program works please do tell me.

there is a program, but I believe it requires custom firmware, which you said you didn't have, sooo again there no way of saving it

well if the only way to run that program is using custom firmware, I suggest using a light custom firmware (LCFW) which is custom firmware but when you switch off your psp it resets back to original firmware.
There is a really easy to use LCFW which is called pro b10 and can be downloaded here:

just place the "pro update" and "pro recovery" files in your game folder (psp>game) turn on your psp and run "pro update".

this will allow you to use the program the person above mentioned.
