Hum... it's impossible to comment your gameplay if your video is edited (and without the information screen, I mean Hps, etc.) ^^'
One thing I can say: Scintilla (midair) is way better than Octaslash (midair)

I'll upload ones that aren't edited...
I bet you could see the lack of seriousness in that match.
Scintilla on the ground is useful but,Scintilla in air?Hmmm...I'll give it a try.Thanks.
Well, the point in using Scintilla in the air is that you can use it right after a dodge, so the other can't dodge punish you, even with AST ^^
And I'll be glad to comment your matches when they won't be edited ^^

Here's another one.
First thing I noticed: right at the opening when that Shining Wave was headed for you, you made a couple backward dodges, when in fact that move can be evaded with a simple forward dodge as the attack is about to connect.
Also, during your first assist combo, you comboed Heaven's Light off the chase, when you could've taken advantage of the extra damage your aerial Octaslash would've offered; or even forgone the assist chase and dashed in to deliver the HP hit.
And lastly, as Mogstache stated previously, you'll really be better off with aerial Scintilla in place of Octaslash. Its block frames are useful for covering your dodges, as well as a nice little reminder for your opponent to think before mindlessly dashing to you.And while Octaslash is more damaging and more mobile, it's not as safe an attack outside of assist combos.

My opponent this time is a 1st timer,I think I went a little too far...
Biggest things I noticed were that you were pretty block-happy in this match, which a lot of players can catch onto and learn to bait and punish, so just something to be wary of. And as a fellow Garland player, I would advise switching out the twin-sword aerial attack for aerial Thundaga. It's great for interrupting attacks and punishing whiffs that your other aerial attacks can't reach. Seriously, the amount of air it can cover is awesome, and it's useful for setting up Kuja combos. And when your opponent summoned their assist out of nowhere, and it spawned right next to you, that was a great opportunity to use any of Garland's ground attacks to lock it, or just forgo blocking it and dash right after Bartz.
I'm also curious as to how your attacks were so damaging (inferior defense on your opponents part, possibly?) and to how your EX was filled outright.
Spoiler:
Thundaga?Yes I noticed some of my opponents spamming that move,it's like Shadow flare.I'll guess I'll give it a try.
It's a group battle, notice the reduced HP?I filled it during the other fight.
And for Garlands damage,I think it's normal since I've fought people in off skill matches.

Well it's not as great a spam move as Shadow Flare is, since it has like double the start-up and cooldown. But I think (along with most other Garland players in the forums) that Thundaga makes his air game a whole lot better.
Ahh, that makes sense. I feel silly for not noticing. XD It just kind of seemed like more damage than I usually do, but whatevs, I guess.
