Sweet, will check if I'm able to be online through pro-c. If not, I'll just have to get a modem for ps3.

Of course. RDF and me along with several members did, and for months at that.

Honestly, people who claimed it doesn't work had no idea of what they were doing; either they didn't know how to put their Psp into DMZ or they were exceeding the ping's limit, which is why a tutorial was overdue.

How many of our members use/can use pro online exactly?

I would say ten at most, which is always more than Xlink Kai. Then again, even though it is much easier to set up, going through such tutorial remains a chore for most people. There is a small group of Japanese players that play regularly on Pro Online, just like there is a small group of Japanese players that play regularly on Kai, and not only because their ping is better in general, but also because, quite frankly, they are less lazy.
I also thought it doesn't work,but,3 days ago,i played it with a friend, and it wasn't slow,It was very great,if you want to play without Slow, you have to be on a canal, not the AUTO,and try to be Near your routor Internet
