"Ninja's Playground" Tournament

This is just a fun freeplay tourney while waiting for the next one, so if you want to show up and play...either me or my other ninjas will make a separate thread for you to sign up in.

Like I said...it's too soon for another big tourney but this is just to keep the forums busy until then and possibly give another chance to everyone, because I'm sure some of you are anxious to try again if you didn't like your other results.

Aiming for something like this.

Elimination? nah that takes away the fun for other players! The point is to have some good matches for show so everyone will want to fight hard no matter where they stand!! were all here to have fun right! this way everyone can win or loose. that way there isn't any pressure at all and people can show their power without fear of loosing.

I'm still working out the details but this is gonna be something EVERYONE can enjoy at least,nothing too strict. The point is to have fun! because that's whats really gonna bring us together.

Point system when you win or lose...

Winning(more) points loosing (less) etc.
Then when its all done with the person with the most will win!
That way there is always a chance to bounce back so never give up!
also when you pick your 3 mains...make sure you list them accordingly because points will go like this...

My Example

Singleman Pionts.

If you Win a game with...
1st (Tidus) +100pts
2nd (Terra) +80pts
3rd (Cloud) +60pts

If you Lose a game with...
1st (Tidus) +5pts
2nd (Terra) +10pts
3rd (Cloud) +20pts

Team Man Points

If you sign up with a team of 3 (has to be 3) you can win Team points to prove you guys can work together! So maybe you don't get 1st for single...but teamwork wise you might still win

Example:

Round 1

"Ask Teh Ninja's"

Eva/ Win +1/3 Tp
Spyder/ Win +1/3 Tp
Kiego/ Lose +0 Tp

So for round 1 we have 2/3 of 1 team point, If we were to get 1 whole point all 3 of us would have to have won(whoever won best 3/5 Matches is declared the winner for that Round Match-up) Round 1.

Don't worry about the math, we ninjas will look over the replays and score for you.

This is going to be different, just so people can get a feel for what its like.The point system won't punish you for testing out so give it a shot!

EX Burst/ Accepted
You may BURST OUTSIDE of an EX-Counter

EX Counter/ Accepted
You MAY EX-counter, but you cannot link this to an EX-Burst!
this is a AUTOMATIC GAME LOOSE

EX Guard/ Accepted
I would take it off but I know its a reflex so I cant XD
so many people would disqualify themselves. (including me)

-Each match up...your allowed only 1 Incense/phoenix down-pinion.
So watch out for item mind games.

-60 90 120 160 180 multiplier
-Puppitiers Pinwheel
-Resins

Basically nothing hacked
(You know if it's hacked...if if you don't well your in trouble for possession.)

To be fair to Rey and co. This is going to be a medium/speedy tourney.
The begin date will be Friday 24th, need to clear a few things up...
but I suspect it will be around the grand finals.

We have 19 so far, so i think were gonna cut it off at 24. It depends how many we get for about a week or a few days, just depends on what happens.

This looks pretty interesting, I gotta say. I'm curious to see how it's gonna work, though. Like, do you challenge whoever you want whenever you want to rack up some points, or is it gonna be a set number of matches?
Aside from the stuff I'm confused about, looks decent, though

That doesn't sound like a bad idea...however how are DAVE and Funky supposed to get any points! they would loose because nobody would be dumb enough to challenge them.

But back to the point...Yeah its gonna be a set number of matches.
i don't want it too long to interfere with the Other tournament though.

maybe 7 or 8 rounds.

If you're doing equips, why not allow EX Burst? They barely do shit in Equips thanks to all the defense boosting.

Also, what exactly constitutes "Uber Items"?
