I remember RoboDestroyer telling me on AHP that an ideal artifact set is 2 Mastery of Brave and 1 EX seeker. I understand the EX seeker part, but why Mastery of Brave? The bonus doesn't seem so good.

Two Master of Bravery can get you quite high initial brave. In my Get Salty Videos, even without the use of any accessories I could get up to 2400 Initial Brave and 1600 Base Brave.
Either go for:
2 Ex-Seeker
2 Master of Bravery
or
1 Ex-Seeker
2 Master of Bravery
or
2 Ex-Seeker
1 Master of Bravery
the Weapon slot should almost always never be an artifact unless you're using the Piggy Stick.

I dont fully understand it yet but im still trying to read til I get it right sooo... I want to get ex seeker and ex conqueror but i dont have a ps3 but I do have 2 psp and 2 dissidia games (one is brother) I am player A and he is B does player B need to wear genji set so i can get those artifacts or does it not matter which equipment i put on?
it doesn't matter,the point is to transfer your weapon after the match,that is the point.I used the Lufe set and it's still get the eff
