    Is it legit? Has anyone got it on these boards?
    I know that it doesn't count toward 100%, so I'm assuming it's an enemy only accessory?

    The only person I've ever seen that claims that it can be obtained legitimately (found, very rarely, in the Blackjack Colosseum) also plays around frequently with hacks. It's a rumor, but one that I think has little or no foundation, as I've never seen anyone else confirming it.

    In short: it's enemy only.
