it is an attacker team but they have pawn Ozma on level 1 so I would stick to them . Also they don't much rely on trance which makes me smile .

Zidane: Thievery-fixed 9999 dmg and cause I steal 99.9% of the time
Steiner: Seiken-Love to use beatrix's swordskill cept for Thunderslash,a waste of MP
Garnet: Ark-I almost peed when I first saw that Eidolon and that kewl summon EFX
Freya: Dragon's Crest- another 9999 fix dmg depending on drake monster killed

Garnet / Eiko - In case ANYTHING goes wrong, she's basically the backup healer. Otherwise, she'll be using Ethers, summoning, or spamming Holy.
Steiner - Best physical attacker in the game
Quina - If you actually spent the time to get all of Quina's Blue Magic as well as maxing out Frog Drop, s/he will easily be the most powerful magic user in the game, FAR surpassing Vivi.

Quina's Limit glove is better then frog drop., plus the amount of damage Quina deals , is kinda random, it can be high, or very low.

But a maxed out frog drop is the same with Limit glove with less chances for errors and deaths from him/her.

Don't even bother wasting your time maxing out Frog Drop. Quina is still mad useful either way. I had 2 teams:

weird, no one seems to use Amarant that much, why?
I find him to be a decent character.

i.e. useful skills, throw (downside: losing items), Decent attack as well
