Hey there. I'm memegaman. I'm a big Dissidia player. Been playing since the first Japanese version was released. Its a fun game, and I love playing with other people. I'm new to the forums, never been on a forum before. Hope to get in contact with some other good players. I post videos of my battle replays on youtube, the link to my Youtube page is on my Profile. Greetings memegamn! And welcome to the Dissidia Forums! Here’s some advice on how to get started and where to find some useful information.

Advice Number One: Be sure to read the Forum Rules and Thread Hijacking and Derailment post.

Advice Number Two: If you’re looking for information regarding your character (or any other characters) be sure to visit the Character Discussion board. If you post or visit here, you’ll find answers that are much more specialized than the ones given in the Dissidia Discussion Board.

Advice Three: The people of importance on the forums (in terms of power) have colored names. Orange stands for the Site Administrator, Red for the Global Moderator, Green for the normal Moderator, and Blue for the Community Leader. They have occasionally been known to do strange things, including jumping on introduction threads, randomly answering a thread, or even starting new ones. But generally they tend to be harmless forumites just like the rest of us, except when they address you directly or PM you. But since you’ve already visited the Forum Rules you should already know this. :3

Advice Four: If for some reason you do not have anyone to game with within your area don’t fret! Instead you can invest in a PS3 (Ad-Hoc) or learn how to use the X-Link Kai. Hopefully the links provided are useful in solving any questions that you have concerning either medium. If not feel free to ask your fellow forumers. :3

Advice Five: And if you have any other questions concerning the current state of the site or are having difficulties with the site, please visit the Announcement Board or the Support Board.

Advice Six: If you are an Role-Player and would like to join our recently constructed Role Playing board, please feel free to. But remember that you must follow all of the rules stated in the Forum Rules thread in addition to the rules found in the individual threads. If you are unsure of how to Role-Play or don't know what Role-Playing is, feel free to use this guide.

Advice Seven: When participating in a debate; intelligent, constructive responses and civility are of the utmost importance. Please remember (and keep in mind) that every individual is entitled to their own opinion, no matter how much you may disagree with it, and should be allowed to retain it.
