Any way , any other way one can put effort on the community? Is it possible to become a moderator or no?

You've got the order wrong. You become a moderator by putting effort into the community, not the other way around. It's something you have to have the initiative to do yourself, not ask someone else how to do it. Mainly because everyone has a different way of going about it. Some people do guides, some people do graphics, or take up a task for themselves and work hard to complete it. Some people are just generally helpful and good-natured. It's an individual thing.
