Anyway, omni. I'd say omni is better with every character: whilst some are slight exceptions, Terra certainly is not. and Blizzara combo has such good tracking there's no point.

Blizzard combo has really good tracking though o.o

And who the fuck dashes in with Terra? that's just an easy block. And Blizzara is just as damaging -I think-

All of Terra's hp attacks break through the Emperor's Flare. Flood, though terrible, has one of the highest priorities in the game, and Tornado reflects blue flare. But yeah, if he's hiding in the red flare, Meltdown away :3
