From the video's description:
Techinically it's a glitch, but it's not due to bad programming in the game.I was using a fake Memory Stick and transferred Dissidia on. Apparently, certain files were corrupted, and Jecht didn't function as intended :P
But yeah, I lol'd so much when I watched that vid for the first time.

I've had this happen with Squall for a brief period when I was fighting CoD in Ultimecia's Castle on a BJ battle. Really weird O.o

Was it after you landed with a Rough Divide on an edge? Because it's a normal glitch for Squall, unlike that Jecht one which was caused by the fake Memory Stick.
