...Okay, so it isn't really a cancel, at least not in the conventional sense. Also I'm aware a couple of people already know about this, this is just to ensure it is common knowledge amongst players :3
While the details are still kinda sketchy, this seems to be how it happens. I'll update when I've tested more, but this is the only way I've seen so far that does it for certain :3
1. Time Crush.
2. Get hit out of Time Crush and into chase.
3. Exit chase, either by hitting the opponent or waiting for it to end. You are now free to move, attack, etc.
4. Time Crush initiates after four seconds anyway, cancelling any move you may currently be doing.

These criteria seem strict, so I'm retesting to ensure it isn't necessary. Particularly because this isn't a currently realistic method competitively :/
EDIT: So far it seems that the chase sequence is necessary. Which sucks. But I'm interested to see whether the opponent needs to be the initiator of chase, or whether Ulti can just Knight's Axe into it. Which would be better. It's just difficult to get the AI to act the way you want Dx
EDIT EDIT: Nope, It doesn't work. I tried chasing after Knight's Axe Recovery Attack from a Blizzara, and it doesn't work. Meaning, so far at least, this cancel is highly, highly situational. Which sucks. Again. ¬.¬

Oh noez! I found that one out while messing around with Ulty. Hoped to hax some of you guys to death with it
Aww well, who cares, let it be known.
All it takes is ONE BAD DAY to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy
That's how far the world is from where I am
Just ONE BAD DAY
I have done it before a few times. I never mentioned it as it's pretty damn hard to deal with, and most informed players don't chase when Ultimecia uses Time Crush.
I told HL it happened to me too, but I didn't save it (though I meant to D: ) but also didn't want people to get big ideas *glares at the big R*

Obviously it should be common knowledge because if it's cancelable this way, perhaps there are other ways it could be abused.

looks really hard to execute.especially the part with the enemy chase, but its pretty damm cool.i wish the same could be done with heartless angell.
During chase, I don't think it matters if you get hit, the foe is hit, or the chase ends, Time Crush activates anyway. I'm not sure what happened when I did this, but I either got hit or the chase ended, then TC activated.

Yes, getting into chase is all that seems to be required. But the criteria is so specific it hardly seems worth bothering Dx
Has anybody found anything that makes this easier?
The closest I can think of is that Chase seems to act as a sort of substitute attack animation, keeping the Time Crush going while your opponent attacks. Since you can't exactly drop out of Time Crush like with Black Fang or Starfall, even after the animations are interrupted, the game is still processing the attack. As for the opponent initiating chase thing, it's probably because you are activly canceling your own animation, which might make the game ignore it. Man this sounds like gibberish.

Of course it's difficult to explain without truly knowing the game mechanics. For now, it's just a really awkward glitch. Although that's a nice idea :3
