Here's the rules I intended to post up.
1. Don't spam. You'll just end up getting kicked. If I have to temporarily ban people because they constantly spam, you were warned in advance.
2. Try to keep things suitable and within decent taste. I understand that later at night, some discussions might get 18+. Try to keep this to a minimum. Occasional swearing is okay, but don't make a huge tirade of nothing but expletives. I might just have to install the swearbot protection before 11pm. No one wants this.
3. Don't abuse the (Khell)bot scripts. I put a flood protection on them for a reason.
4. Respect the IRC staff and other members. This also includes badmouthing (read: not small pokes like "he's an idiot" or etc. I'm talking cheap shots.) behind someone's back. If I see it, I'm going to stop it from here on out. I will be fair to everyone whether they are here or not. However, if you're going to criticize someone who is present, I will not stop you (within reason, of course). Just give them a chance to defend themselves. Obviously I can't do anything about queries.
5. The forum is not the IRC. The IRC is not the forum. If you have dirty laundry to be aired out with someone who happens to be on the IRC, do it in queries. I'm not putting up with a shitstorm transferring off the forum into the IRC because your thread got locked or deleted. Likewise, don't take your petty squabbles onto the forum. The DF staff are not going to put up with it.
6. You're welcome to discuss CFW, ISOs, modding, etc. on the channel, but don't directly post links to getting CFW or downloading ISOs into the channel.
7. Anything not specifically covered that needs to be dealt with can be taken care of under the jurisdiction of the #DDFFCasual Admin/Op/HalfOp staff that are available at the time. For escalated situations, we'll discuss it at length before making a permanent decision.
Long story short, don't be ridiculous and out of line. (Please use your better judgment)
Any temp bans that are issued will depend on the severity of the offense.

Spoiler:
I'm having problems connecting to IRC Highway. I've set the first port to 6660 and the last one to 6667. Any ideas around this? I keep getting (Connection Timed Out).

As I don't really have the time to keep up with maintenance of the IRC, I've left #DDFFCasual with the last remaining founder of the channel, LonelyGaruga. He will take over maintenance and staffing of the channel from this point forward.

First he was an Operator, then he got voice only and now Admin? To be honest I want to say wtf but well your decision is yours but for sure you wont see me there again Ian.
Hey why am I posting here anyway if no one cares this? Nvm I just go out again yup :3
I think Mizu is jelly.
Wait, Garuga wasn't an admin to begin with?
Spoiler:

I'm seeing him 24/7 on #DDFFCasual ever since its inception (July 2011), he is on the very few times I get on. He was already pretty much monitoring the channel on his own during Autumn and Christmas 2011. Eventually drama happened afterwards and he roller coaster-ed between various positions, but he always remained the IRC's lead admin in my book.
Congratulations Garuga! More power to you.
