Um... instant kill Ex Burst for Raiden? A bit OP, in my opinion. Even if you have only one chance to hit.

I don't mean "instant victory" but that he deals instantly the HP damage. I've edited the post ^^

Raiden sounds too simple. As if he's gonna need to rely on his assist to help.

And, well, someya, he falls into the same issues as Sephy and Squall in the first Dissidia. No decent links will most likely lead to a reliance on an assist to land that sweet HP hit. Jecht looks the best.

Black Wave: (Long) Rouge conjures a black hole at enemy's position. If it it hits, deals damage and confuses opponent (reversed directions).
Screwdriver: (Below) Rouge falls down toward her foe at fast speed in drilling motion.
Supersonic Wave (Aerial): (Mid) Rouge directs a shrill scream at her foe.



EX Mode: Play Rough!

Regen: Rouge's HP is gradually restored.
Endless Barrage: Rouge can chain BRV attacks much easier now.

EX Burst: Sadistic Rouge
Rouge kicks opponent to the EX background ("I'll enjoy this...!") and starts flying around the opponent, attacking with a dive, a kick or slap. Press the buttons that appear on screen with correct timing. If perfect, Rouge's last attack knocks opponent on the ground. She then dives down and sends a bomb on the opponent dealing HP damage. ("Winning is everything.")

If opponent is Amy, everything goes the same, but if perfected, Rouge knocks Amy on the ground, steps on her and grinds, laughing.

New character ideas
Ok, idea for new character; rename WoL Fighter, and make a Red Mage character. 2nd and 3rd outfits are Black Mage and White Mage. Oh, and the spells use the old names (ie. LIT, LIT2, LIT3. FIRE, FIR2, FIR3. ICE, ICE2, ICE3. RUB[5% of Iai Strike])
I'll leave the rest to one of you
