I've been hearing from some people that ability is really annoying. Can someone explain to me what it does and why it's so annoying?

Snooze and Lose is a pretty nice ability to have in PvP, especially against Exdeath players. You see, this ability kinda works the same way as Chaos' judgement versus mode; if a player doesn't execute any attacks towards you for a while and that you have this ability equipped, it will trigger itself out and begin to drain his brave points. It could be called the anti-turtles ability.

Actually it works for any character that likes to hold back on attacking. The moment it activates it snatches 200 BRV of the bat. So either way you force them to lose 200
hrmm... Seems a bit cheap...

I agree and disagree at the same time. Characters who take their time on attacking need Snooze and lose to their advantage. Emperor also greatly takes advantage of that skill.
Yea but imagine the disadvantage against ExDeath ㅡㅡ. Wonder if it would be better of banned?

Snooze and lose won't activate if you do something. Such as Zidane's swift attack will not make it activate, It causes the timer to start over again.
hmmm...Lol, I can just imagine a battle where 2 players are just attacking empty air for the sake of it. Hmm... Wouldn't you think we'd be just better without it? It just seems a bit tedious and unnecessary.

The thing is, equipped on players like ExDeath, it makes the opponent more aggressive than normal. They'll make mistakes because of that that ExDeath can exploit.

When you say "attacks", does it apply to both HP and BRV? I haven't seen this ability yet but it's really good to know nonetheless.
