Valiant Blow (First two hits) > Dark flame. I wanna see if this works on humans, would they be able to recover and counter you before they get hit? Please and thank you ^^

Alrighty, I mean, but like, can the person you hit with valiant blow, recover and hit you Before you cast Dark Flame? If it always hits, Cecil has another Brave > HP!

The person, enemy can evade Dark flame alright. but I don't know if they can counter attack you right away. Coz I have done countering this move when I was Zidane with Swift attack... But It only happened once...

Ok, first of all the person can recover right after the first 2 hits of VB by hitting/spamming x. If they do, they are in a good area to attack with dark flame but it is by no means a guaranteed hit, and it seems possible enough to counterattack. If they don't recover after VB's 2 hits, you can land soul eater on them by timing it correctly so it hits as they get up. I don't know for sure if dark flame works, although i would bet it does (but soul eater hits brv and wall rushes more reliably). I've used dark flame a few times when I thought they would exguard since its a little harder to time, and it appears to connect as well, but maybe they can forward dodge it.

ive actually done that alot so, you probably can counter it, but by the time you dodge dark flame is out so your more focused on not getting hit then trying to punish. it is hard to dodge, and is a good wake up move.

Exactly, Bakuhatsu just because you show one video doesn't mean that it works, a long time ago I tried this out on a AI and it failed. If you dodge at the moment that your opponent uses Dark Flame and you have controlled recovery you could recover behind your opponent and counter.
