Is EX Reflect to EX Burst allowed? I won Match 3 by EX Reflecting a Meltdown back to Terra which wall crashed her, and then I did EX Burst.

I figured it was okay since the rules didn't explicitly say 'No EX Reflect to EX Burst', so we stopped there.

-EX Splicing (EXS) is banned
-EX Link (EXL) is allowed, but cannot be chained into a EX burst
-EX Cancels (EXCa) are allowed
-EX Reflects (EXR) are allowed
-EX bursts are allowed; but restricted to 1 per fight-All "Omega" Stages are banned
-Deific Judgments are banned
-Any form of "cheating" (CWcheats ect) is not allowed
-Infinites are not allowed

another interesting though, i EXed out of a Meo twister, and countered a second after he finished, turns out he had lag time so i apparently Ex countered.

if you attack and hit them before they can recover and dash away/attack back/dodge then yes, it is an ex counter

well, considering the fact that it doesnt stagger, when blocking meo... AND its hard to tell when someone is telling the truth when they say "i havn't recovered." becuase I realise meo has a long recovery, but i still think it was annoying.

There is no hearsay at all when it comes to things like that, because you can VISUALLY SEE THE RECOVERY.

As for the reflected Meltdown to burst issue, I have already viewed the replay and we will make a ruling shortly.

EDIT:
Haruhiist and Moomba must redo match 3. What Haru performed was in fact an EX Link. The Meltdown reflected could not have been controlled, however the burst is categorized as human input so the win infact is forfeit.

I'll be PMing both of you the stipulations of your rematch.
