Hey, I'm going to steal Rey Magnuses Guide thing. Since one of my other characters is Ultimecia (Along with Emperor and Terra), I thought we should get a discussion going. Plus the lack of support she has right now from this community, I feel we need one of these. =/
So using Rey's Guide:
★ : Worthless and completely unsafe.
★★ : Good, but use with caution.
★★★ : Solid and almost safe.
★★★★ : Great and safe 99% of the time.
Bravery Attacks
For her Bravery attacks, I'm going to count Charged and Uncharged as two seperate moves.
Charged Knight's Sword ★★
Pros: Undashable
Unblockable
Good Mind Game
Cons: Slow Startup Time
Next to no range
Best to use: Close
Charged Knight's Arrow ★★
Pros: Stays in the air for a period of time
Can deal with unsuspecting oppoenets
High Accuracy
Cons: Attackable
Best to use: Mid-Long Range
Charged Knight's Axe ★★★
Pros: Undashable
Extremely Powerful
Causes Crash BP Damage
Con: Disappears if attacked
Best to use: Mid Range.
Uncharged Knight's Sword ★★★
Pros: Good Tracking
Fast
Fires Several times (Don't let the picture misform you.)
Good Keep away move
Cons: Dashable
Best to use: Close Range
Uncharged Knight's Arrow ★★★
Pros: Good Pindown
Lots of Arrows
Activates Sneak Attack
Activates Counter Attack
Cons: Dashable
Arena dependant
Best to Use: Mid-Long Range

Pros: Hits three times

Takes some time to charge to become really safe

Reflects Projectiles (Such as Garland's Blaze.)
When it explodes, it goes through objects (I.E. You can hit through the floors of Kefka's Tower)
Cons: Takes a second to actually build up

Pros: It stops time.... for your oppoenet!
(JPN Version only: Can be M-Cancelled.)
Cons: 3-4 Seconds Charge time... that's not really a con is it?

Stops Time, and must hit O at the right timing for more damage. Done Twelve times.

Griever isn't even a Ronso... >_> Though I dread to see the day Seymour wears Ronso hide.
BnB Tactics: I say She's all about keeping the opponenet away and pin them down with attacks.
Dash Spammers: Counter with Uncharged Knight's Sword. Even if it's dashable, Knight's Sword will penetrate through once they stop dashing (And a Reflected Knight's Sword RARELY ever hits Ultimecia.)
I think really she's just about pressure and forcing alot of it onto the oppoenet. She's pretty safe if played correctly.

I think Ulty is one of those characters that need dedication to get good at, kinda like ExDeath.
That's ok, I struggle doing the Knight's Arrow xx DC -> Shockwave Pulsar one. I've done it before, with happy results. =P But Smart players will never get in range of that Shockwave Pulsar. Like Squall, Ultimecia has a stupidly hard time hitting with HP attacks. So I think it's quite essential to learn.
I'm gonna disagree with the hard to hit HP attacks. If you're having some trouble hitting them here are some tips.
Great Attractor: Wait for it to charge to full size then hold it till you seem them dash or jump 99% oh the time it'll hit.
Apocalypse: I found two uses one is normally if they are above you, most people tend to charge when they are on top so just use it let it track for a sec or two if you can see them then release. For use number two wait for them to come in close with a dash or attack. This one is a bit hard cause it requires good timing but if you get the times right she becomes easy to HP with.
Shock wave Pulsar: Last but not least is this move sadly I haven't had it help me out as often as the other two but it can still be used. Only way besides the charge distance way I know of is yes I know crazy but up close! If you notice the arc it makes if you pay attenion you can usually see if the enemy is within the line if so it fires quick and bam there is the damage.
I don't claim to be a god with her but I have to decided to main her and I've found these useful on human players as much as NPCs so give it a try and see if it works for you. Also all suggestions are appreciated.
Apocalypse can be overrided with some HP attacks. ontop of that Multi Air Slide makes Apocalypse miss even more. Great Attractor was supposed to hit me when i was using Dodge and Throw as Tidus but instead i got Stunned and Kraid missed me because of that.
Do you know which ones? Cause I've yet to see an HP that does and like to know for future reference.
