EX thunder sometimes hits behind the block so you end up getting hit rather than blocking. But sometimes that also happens.

You have to block it not just one time, but a lot, I discoverd that when I was with sephiroth, and Onion used blizard, I just guard it, like 2 times, and I realize it that the caracter moves, and you need to block it more times
you just stop moving while blocking. Moving cancels your block frames and you get vulnerable to blizzard by that time.

Who the hell gets hit by a blizzard attack anyway? O_o I always dodge that move, it may not have much attack lag but it so rarely hits that I replace it with other stuff. I guess it could be useful for mindgames when I give it some thought though? .____.
I keep it around......though I am really not sure why. I can never seem to use it effectively. I need some enlightenment.
