Leveling System Added

Just for fun, I added a leveling system to the forums. You can view the details here. Basically you get experience points for everything you do in the forums and level up accordingly. Currently there's not much else you can do with it, but I'll soon add shops and the like to accompany this system.

We need award system for the tournament part of the forums. That way people won't need to carry multiple sigs of their title that they gained.
