Should've clarified that. But that's not the point. The point is what this topic is about - the reasoning behind Bartz having +50% Regen on his Exclusive.

lol. You're probably right. I guess they figured any other bonus would've made an already powerful char too powerful.
Except for Terra's bonus maybe...
On a character that can equip anything? Nope, still too good a bonus.
Terra's bonus from her weapon sucks like a vacuum.
Thank goodness. A character whose skills are so easily abused doesn't need any more buffs IMO.
Or you could just use another weapon
