Sephiroth new "Fly cancel"

So i was fighting agains a cpu in Blackjack he was lvl.148 then sth lol happen there i dont know how to use this Trick or whatever it was but Watch.
Its a Heartless Angel Cancel Fly. So everytime i canel Heartless Angel he Fly/stand like this. I was not trying to attack when i was in this Fly/stand mode because i was surprised it also works without the Exmode but only when you do the Heartless Angel Cancel in then you lost your Exmode.
