Pretty sure it isn't an infinite. I've been hit a couple times in a row before but I've never seen someone do it indefinitely.

Well, I guess that'd be ok... I mean it's like saying OSV5-Slash blow-OSV5 is an infinite. It's easily escapable and it isn't your problem if your opponent is either misinformed and believes it's an infinite or they just don't know how to escape it...

It's not an infinite if it's escapable, it's exploiting the opponents lack of knowledge.

It's not an infinite but it is pretty darn annoying lol. Eventually though you'll either miss or one of you will hit against a wall or banish trap or an obstacle will get in your way, and that's assuming you judge perfectly each time.

OR they could just do an HP attack which has higher priority than RP. And I think quite a few do.

RP is pretty fast at close range. It will mostly hit the opponent during their starting lag.
