I had to laugh when Seymour crammed all his hair into the equally ridiculous hat though.
If I had Seymour's hair, 1) I couldn't get in a car, 2) I'd learn the secret of his insane magic (it's always the hair, look at Yunalesca and Dragon Ball), and 3) I'd be pimpin'.
Those long fingers are the result of pimp slappin' like Golbez. Also, the nails help with the training of hoes.

And yeah, Seymour was just a fail character IMO. Whenever I fought him, I'm like "Yes, I finally killed him!" and then he would run away to fight again another day. Then I would be like "DAMMIT!!!"

Seymour's hair makes him more badass. (Maybe it's just me XD. Except for the cosplay as it's just. . . >.> )
Maybe that's just one of the traits of a Guado, making them unique from the other races.

Seymour's hair is awesome, and Lulu cosplays are awesome too, however, every time I see one, there's not enough belts. Putting the belts on though, would be easy, you'd just buckle a mesh together, and buckle it to the insides of the dress.
