When I played, I was playing Vladimir, and I really liked him. Now, if I continue to play, I'd just need to unlock him. I liked the whole "No mana" thing he had going.
Anyway, I tried what you said and it didn't work.

Oh, damn. Vladimir takes 6300IP to unlock, which is at least 55 games. He isn't in the free champions rotation anymore, so you won't be able to play him. And I doubt he'll be in the rotation again for awhile.
Try turning off the 'Fast Terrain' option in the options menu in-game or if you're interested, playing around with your graphics card anti-aliasing.
Alternatively, turn off graphics to the bare minimum (turn off anything and everything extra), and slowly turn things back on one by one. One of them should give you the problem again.
I could just pay like $10 and get him instantly, but I'm not sure if I'm interested in the game enough to spend on it.
That is true.
You should play for a few levels before spending money on it, but in my opinion if you enjoy this game enough to want to play again after a match then it's worth your money. This game will keep most people entertained for a long time.
Poppy is op in dominion. The only solution is to buff her in summoners rift obviously

Poppy is pretty strong in the new mode. But the real problem is that she's kind of wall reliant atm. She's a really strong champ endgame, but her earlygame potential in laning phase is only so much.

Yeah. To sum it up, since dominion makes you start at level 3/1375 gold, that makes a faster transition to midgame. That makes Poppy's game get stronger sooner. Plus the walls.

Honestly I just play xin zhao on dominion and melt faces. I look forward to an dominion meta, tho we might wind up making one at this point.
