If you don't appear on either the AHP list or the Kai list when you should have (participated in a Kai tournament for example, but you aren't on the Kai listings), then let us know. We'll get you on there. Thanks.

Special thanks to Wedge for taking half the workload, Dave880 for salvaging Dissidence data, and Spyder for salvaging Ninjas Playground data. Also to all Tournament Organizers who assisted in providing information that would otherwise be lost.
And a huge thanks goes out to Tabithia for updating the data with the recent tournaments.

KotD ftw. lol.
Main(s): Ultimecia + Undecided
My hate for Squall has greatly diminished. Playing K-Gen's/RDF's was a special experience. Spyder the most frustrating *wink*.

That's not fair, I had to restart my save file 3 times T_T

Wedge is pleased. Mr. Veysey, we don't deserve your talents and efforts.
Spoiler:
My score is worse than I thought. Dx
I don't get how it works though, like JMRV has 7 matches total, 3 wins 4 losses and is way higher ranked than me with 18 matches total, 9 wins 9 losses.
=o But Mr. Wedge, you put in just as much time as I did. This is something that likely wouldn't have happened if you didn't step in and take half the workload off my shoulders. You deserve just as much props!! (And thanks so much for all the help!!)
First off, everyone starts at 300, so if they lose, their score obviously can go down. Your score can't go below your highest to date score minus 300. So if you ever go 400, you'll never be able to go below 100. Also, who you fight makes a big difference. If you have a low score and your opponent has a low score, and you lose - you'll lose more points because your considered closer to equal. If you lose versus someone with a score much higher (say Dave) you'd barely lose anything if you lost.
What may have happened is that JMRV had to continually fight players that had a much higher score (I know in KAoS he fought EVA and Paru for example who had much higher scores because of how well they placed in previous tournaments) while you lost to some people who had scores closer to yours.
Really though, I've said it before and it still stands true - you aren't going to get a very accurate representation with such few matches. It works like the character match ups - the longer it goes on and the more battles you have, the closer to a true representation you'll get. Also, you've been doing well in the preliminaries of Ragnarok so that should affect your score in a more positive manner. Hope that all makes sense.

Ah, I get it. Thanks. o_o
What are skill points? (in even simpler terms)
Anyway, I still have the rest of the tourney to accomplish my goal of being the worst player ever.
It's pretty much the same system used in competitive chess. Simpler terms though... hmmm, ok, it takes your current points and your opponents current points and decides what your probability of winning is. That is used to determine how many points you can potentially win or lose after the outcome of the match.
If you want a more detailed explanation:

Hope that helps.
