If he outclasses them, then so be it, that's the game, banning him is really kind of gay if you ask me, a cheap answer to people who can't win against him.

...And before you try to argue against me, keep in mind that I play Squall, who is at a severe disadvantage against Kuja in the JP version.

Kuja is at his biggest threat level in smaller maps. Put me in Kefka's tower and I'll keep you in a corner for a good while. With bigger maps at least you can get out of his pressure range and formulate a counter attack.

Banning Kuja is like Banning Zidane in the US version, Kuja is easier to deal with in open maps, I'd also like to say that besides his tracking from Flare Star his HP game still isn't too great.
Ultima starts up faster but Kuja lacks the mobility to maintain safety.
