    Default Cloud set-up

Ok,so I found this video on Youtube about Cloud.TBH,I'm not a big fan of Cloud, but I tested it out with Squall(Didn't have maxed-out slots for Cloud) and it's :O

Ok,all the words below are copied from the description of the video:

This is a setup for Cloud I made a few hours ago when I was bored. And i have to say...it's absolutely devastating. Your enemies will go down without you even trying.

The enemies were on 9/9 Max AI and 9/9 Vicious Behavior, with fully maxed out equipment and stats.

    Equipment:
Ultima Weapon (Lv. 99 Special - More powerful when HP is full)
    Adamant Shield (Lv. 99 Shield)
    Adamant Helm (Lv. 99 Helm)
Adamant Vest (Lv. 99 Light Armor)

    Accessories:
    Muscle Belt (Physical Damage +15%)
    Champion Belt (Physical Damage +25%)
Hyperstar (Wall Rush BRV Damage +20%)

    HP = 100% (While your HP is 100%, 1.5x)
No BRV Damage (While you haven't taken BRV damage, 1.5x)
After Summon (After you have used your summon, 1.5x)
Pre-HP Attack (While you haven't performed an HP attack, 1.5x)
After Summon (After your opponent has used their summon, 1.5x)
Pre-Bravery Damage (While your opponent hasn't connected with a BRV attack, 1.5x)
    HP = 100% (While opponent's HP is 100%, 1.5x)

All fulfilled nets you a 17x Multiplier. In turn, that:
-Boosts Muscle Belt up to Physical Damage +255%
-Boosts Champion Belt up to Physical Damage +425%
-Boosts Hyperstar up to Wall Rush BRV Damage +340%

So you're 680% stronger and you have 340% more Wall Rush BRV Damage. Couple that with Ultima Weapon's effect of more strength with Full HP and then Cloud's natural EX effect of more HP = more strength, and you've got one powerful ass son of a sword.

Of course, maintaining your HP and not getting hit by BRV attacks to maintain your multiplier obviously requires a large amount of skill, but hold them off for a bit and you'll have 9999 faster than you've ever gotten it before, and they'll be down for the count.

Well, you can change After Summon(You) to Summon Unused if you don't want to waste charges.Same for After Summon(Opponent).

This is just a more riskier attack build, nothing we haven't seen before. The problem with that is that there's no extra way from what it shows to get more ex force, so the EX equation goes way down. the first BRV attack you get hit by, the multiplier drops to x11 instead of x17, so that's a bust, there's just so many factors wrong with it. It may go great in a CPU fight but it wouldn't last online.

And that's why there's a part where they say "Of course, maintaining your HP and not getting hit by BRV attacks to maintain your multiplier obviously requires a large amount of skill, but hold them off for a bit and you'll have 9999 faster than you've ever gotten it before, and they'll be down for the count."

IMHO, this build would be much better if you played it in a near-death fashion. I.e. equip near death, near loss, "victory chance" (opponent), large gap in HP, large gap in BRV, etc. But if you can get this to go good against CPUs, then more power to you my friend.

Too many of those boosters will get screwed a few seconds into the fight and there's no point having the ultima weapon equipped when you can get more attack from an earthbreaker with axe adept and the effects of fenrir or ragnarok are much more useful for cloud. Also as flipclips said, there is already a thread for this.

Here is a modified version of your build.

    Equipment:
    Heaven's Cloud
    EX Seeker
    EX Seeker
    EX Conqueror

    Accessories:
    Gaia Ring
    Muscle Belt
    Champion Belt
    Large Gap in HP
    Large Gap in Brv
Full EX Gauge or HP 100%
    Summon Unused/ After Summon
Opp After Summon/ Opp Summon Unused
    Opp EX Gauge > 70%
HP 100% or OPP Full EX Gauge

You can use this build for almost any character (especially Squall). EX Intake range, ex force absorption can net you an appropriate amount of EX force. With all boosters active, this build will get you more damage than an Atk+ build.
Yes there is a topic about this but I just felt like posting it :P

"+25%" damage is better than "+ 3 attack when you have full health". It's too situational and for someone like cloud who is all physical it's much better, also with greatsword adept you only lose 1 attack.

ultima weapon is actually only +2 attck when HP is full. However it would be much wiser to pick up a earthbreaker+adept, or a fernir (free SA)
