    Default Sephiroth's Combo list. analysis

    Combo demonstration (Weiss vs Zero)
    This video shows:
    SC>DC>GoS>DC>Octaslash
    SC>DC>GoS>Octaslash (Same as ^ without a dodge cancel)
    SF>HL ("Heaven's Flare" -failed due to slow execution on my part)

    Sephiroth combos:
    [To be added as people/I come up with and test them]
    R=Reaper
    SC=Sudden Cruelty
    DC=Dodge Cancel
    SF=Shadow Flare
    HA=Heartless Angel
    HG=Hell's gate
    GoS=God of Speed
    FB=Fervent Blow
    HAC=Heartless Angel Cancel
    HGC=Hell's Gate Cancel
    HL=Heaven's Light

    HL>HG
    Use to move up and down as well as use the wiff to your advantage by positioning yourself

    HGC>HL
    Use to move up and down as well as using the wiff to your advantage by positioning yourself.

    HG>OS
    Very rare, but if your opponent does not recover, they can be dashed to and Octaslashed.

    SC>chase>Slam into wall (Preferably the floor)>Octaslash
    A hard to land combo in a lag fest of a match and Octaslash is kinda dodgeable.

    R>chase>Slam into wall (preferably the floor)>Octaslash
    Same as above

    SC>RDC>HL (hard to hit with)- "Heaven's Cruelty"
    Possible but rare, I think after playing with this for a bit, it's better with just a DC to the opponent's back, but i'm not sure.

    SC>DC>O- "Sudden Oblivion"
    A common combo that most players tend to use, easy to set up although opponents occasionally fall out of the SC stun.

    SC>RDC>GoS (Near the floor)- "Sudden Sudden Cruelty'
    One of my favorite combos, easy to do

    SC>RDC>GoS>DC>SC- "Double Sudden Cruelty"
    Can break an opponent although the last SC can sometimes be blocked.

    SC>RDC>Octaslash
    Can take an opponent off guard, one of the best ways to land an hp attack.

    SC>DC>GoS>Octaslash (near the floor)- "Eight Quick Blades of Cruelty"
    Takes opponents off guard although Octaslash may be difficult to land.

    SC>DC>O>GoS
    SC>DC>O>GoS>(RDC>)Octaslash

    SF>DC>HG/HGC (hard to hit with)- "Flare from Hell's Gate"
    Very possible after a guard, but a bit annoying, recommended if you guard and use when you're high in the air.

    (Note all SFs that lead to SCs can easily work if you dash up to your enemy after the SC)

    SF>HL- "Heaven's Flare"
    Easy to do with out guard and will hit as long as you aren't far away. A quick and easy combo.

    SF>OS- "The Shadows of Eight Flashing Blades"
    Easiest to do from a guard, but possible if an opponent is fairly close.

    SF>DC>O- "Shadow of Oblivion"
    A quick combo that does moderate damage.

    SF>GoS- "Lighting Shadow Flare"
    A quick combo that does fairly good damage and lets you start up from farther away

    SF>HAC>SC>GoS
    Not much of combo, but more of a mind game to keep the enemy to come to you.

    SF>DC>R (must be timed exactly-hard to hit with)- "Shadow Reaper"
    Tricky, but an excellent brave drainer if possible

    SF>DC>SC>HGC/HG- "Shadowy Gates of Cruelty"
    One of the more easily done from guarding, although the HP move will require predicting where your opponent will dodge. Best to use at high BP. for a one time use.

    SF>DC>SC>HL- "Sudden Flare from Heaven"
    Hard. rare to hit with, but possible and does fair quick damage and is alright to wiff.

    SF>DC>SC>DC>O- "Sudden Oblivion's Shadow"
    The usual combo with some extra damage, not too hard to pull off as long as you dash in after SF hits.

    SF>DC>SC>RDC>GoS- "Sudden, Suddenly Cruel Flare"
    One of my favorite combos and easy to do, deals fair damage. dash up to the enemy after SF.

    SF>DC>SC>RDC>GoS>RDC>SC- "Suddenly cruel, Suddenly Cruel Flare."
    Can really break and enemy although he last move might be guarded. easy to start since you can dash up to the enemy after SF>

    SF>DC>SC>DC>GoS (near the floor)>O.Slash- "Shadows of Eight Lighting Fast Flashing Blades"
    Again, the last hit might be tricky, but it's easy to start since you can dash to the enemy being stunned.

    SF>DC>O>DC>GoS>(RDC>)Octaslash

    HAC>SC- "Heartless Angel's Cruelty"
    Easy if you force an opponent to rush you.

    HAC>O- "Heartless Oblivion"
    Fast, forced damage.

    HAC/HA>OS- "Flashing Blades of a Fallen Angel"
    Easier to do from a cancel, an easy way to land an HP attack.

    HAC>SC>DC>O- "Heartless Angel's Cruel Oblivion"
    A forced "Sudden Oblivion".

    HAC>SC>RDC>GoS (near floor) "Heartless Angel's Sudden Sudden Cruelty"
    Again a forced move.

    HAC>SC>RDC>GoS>SC "Heartless Angel's Double Sudden Cruelty"
    A forced move.

    HAC>SC>RDC>GoS> (RDC>) OS "Heartless Angel's Eight Sudden Flashing Blades"
    Another forced move.

    HAC>HL "Heartless Angel's Light"
    Use HA while your below and enemy to distract them from the fact that you're below them meaning you can hit them with HL.

    HAC>HG- "Heartless Angel's Gate to death"
    Tricky, your enemy has to be pretty close and you have to predict their possible dodge. Also can be used to escape.

    Nice list. I find these combo my staple though w/c is not in the list. SC>RDC>FB>Octaslash (near the floor). It makes the opponent land directly below you so you can be sure that Octaslash will hit 100% of the time. You must be in the same level or atleast not too high or too low when performing the FB after RDC.

    Its an advanced version of the dodge cancel where you sort of zigzag, also called a double dodge cancel, you dodge cancel after a dodge, helpful for linking certain moves

    Pay close attention to the beginning, in between the attacks, he dodges one way, then kinda curves to another direction. The timing is key to how quick the rdc is, and the faster it is, the less time the opponent has to recover

    So it's done by a neutral dodge then moving on later right?

    Basically its just dodge canceling a dodge cancel quick enough so you can link it to an attack. Precision is also very important
