what is the difference in damage output between SC>oblivion and SC>SC?

without crits sc>obvilbvion = (example) 600
sc>sc = 500

they hace a diference aroud of 100 without crits

im not sure if this actually works or if its just me screwing up, however if it does works, it'd be considered EXGC anyway

I've been hit by it several times midair without being able to escape. I must stress that the timing is very strict. I can't say for sure but lag could make it harder to dodge: button delay, lost input, etc.
