I love Final Fantasy XI. I do. I love the players, I love the gameplay, I love the atmosphere.
But... it's not popular. And it's expensive on a low budget income to pay for Internet and the subscription. I've been thinking a while back...
You ever think Square would bundle up FFXI as just an RPG? No MMO involved, just redesigned to be a single player (or multiplayer) game with customizable parties, and easier ways of leveling up? (Reasoning behind the last suggestion should be obvious, leveling up was meant to be fought in parties.)
I can't say Square would ever dream of doing that, but I would buy it in a heartbeat if it happened.
just move on to XIV
Yes. Not to mention that FFXI has an amazing story and atmosphere, as he said. That's like saying, "I can't find Final Fantasy IV anywhere I look," and someone else recommend that he just "move on to Final Fantasy XIII." It's a rather non sequitur argument.
I think an offline sequel would be wonderful.
i honestly hated ff 11. i like having an acual story and fial boss to beat. the sence of a complishment that u get when u beat him lol
...as we just discuss and clarify in three separate threads that Final Fantasy XI, indeed, has an actual story and final bosses to beat.
Good job. You're an impressive individual.
