Best Disney villian of all time?

Now we've all grown up with Disney. Whether our first was Snow White or The Lion King we have all seen these classics, and they all have their fair share of baddies.

However who do you think was the greatest, who do you believe caused the most carnage. (Please note I'm talking Disney only, no Pixar characters (Pixar are only funded by Disney and Disney in turn takes care of most of the marketing, Pixar comes up with their scripts and characters themselves)

For me I was originally going to say Jarfar, he's twisted, slimey and had powers even before he got the lamp. Then it occured to me that would be the most obvious choice, so I thought back to all the Disney classics that I watched as a kid, then remembered someone...Judge Claude Frollo from the Huntchback of Notre Dame.

Why? It's really simple as lets look at the first thing he does in the movie. He chases a women who he believes has taken some stolen goods, they arrive to Notre Dame, where he knocks the woman down the steps, causing her a fatal head trauma. Frollo then discovers that the "stolen goods" are actually a hideously deformed infant child. Believing the child to be an unholy demon, Frollo attempts to drown the infant in a well.

(Now right there you know this guy is pure black hearted hatred, he shows no compassion to the fact he has killed a innocent women, who was only trying to save her son.)

However a preist convinces him to take Satan out of the childs soul by raising him as his own. Frollo agrees but in the hope that he could use the child to hunt down and exterminate Gypsys.

(Again twisted and heartless logic)

Skip ahead a few years, Frollo has kept the child Quasimodo locked up in a bell tower to "protect" from the outside. As he attends a festival he spots a Gypsy named Esmeralda who he is attracted to because she is beautiful. Skip ahead a bit more he discovers he has become lustful over Esmeralda, being a religous man he decides that loving a Gypsy would send him to hell so he does the most logical thing he can think of. He decides to burn down the homes of all those who are willing to protect Gypsie's, believing that if he can't have her then Satan can instead. Skip ahead a bit more he eventually captures Esmeralda and sentences her to death but is willing to save her if she will become his Mistress.

Now do I need any more evidence for my reasoning. Frollo is by far the greatest Disney Villian because everything he does is so terrible, cruel and selfish. Granted other Disney villians have had selfish motivations (Scar killing his own brother to become King, Jarfar wanting to become the most powerful being in existence) but the fact that Frollo has killed and butchered the most, without the slightest ounce of pity or real reasoning earns him my vote.

Cause he is a casanova, a jerk and awesome.

And he kinda love books.

and I met him in real life.

Could never forget the evil deeds Grumpy has commited.

Scar was delightfully egotistically heartless and Gaston is the asshat of the disney verse. What car is he driving btw?
