I dunno if this is the appropriate place at the moment but..I did a arcade run showing off Kain a little. 1 or 2 of the 30 battles are missing cause the recording screwed up but it's all good. :P

The AI really makes me shudder and fear them at some points. ;_; lmao

I did mess up his Dash at some points.

You missed a lot of sure fire HP hits at killing Brave.

That said, Kain seems like a Squall, and Gungnir really just keeps on going if you connect with it huh...

Not Just Gungnir, Sky Driver and Rising Dive (AI Kain has it, It's like Sky Driver but towards the ceiling with him spinning his staff above his head.) aswell.

I'm sure he does play very differently, but there are obvious parallels and numerous similarities.

You had the most trouble in the last levels, right? There are ways to trick it you know, just like in Dissidia. As Kain, you can spam the "Square+Opposite direction from the opponent" aerial attack while the cpu is stuck in a corner. Worked well for me.

I think as much, yeah. Rather slow, long range attacks, no linkers, many wallrushes, etc.
