I was always under the impression that a + vs % was kinda dependent on your stats.
Like...If your strength was 5, a +2 would be nice, instead of a +1.25 that you'd get from the 25%. But, if your strength was 50, the +12.5 bonus from the +25% would be greater than that simple +2.
That's just me...and I'm horrible at math...

I can't seem to find the punishment in the item shop. Is there something I need to do to unlock inventory in the shop to get the punishment? Help please! Thank you!

Yes. You must have anything that happens to be a material for Punishment in your item inventory. Then, you should unlock it for view in the shop with the remaining items listed.

Twin Lance x1
Goddess's Magicite x5
Bless Crystal x3
*These are the components for Punishment. Check Goddess' Magicite & Bless Crystal, if you have them. If you still don't have them, farm the Magicite in the Duel Coloseum, or trade it with Hi-Elixir.
Fight AI Squall to get the Bless Crystal (BattleGen using ExBurst)
There you have it.
