He takes a bit of getting used to though. Seems like he's another one of those characters that has a truckload of BRV attacks to choose from (which may not necessarily be a good thing

Oh, hey, that's pretty useful. So far, I'm really enjoying playing as Vaan! Spear is really nice as it staggers guard XD

Vaan surprised me a lot. He's quite, quite good. And half of his brave attacks break guard, even though they're not that slow!

His HP game (at least the attacks I've unlocked) is horrible however, but as a former garland main, nothing I can't deal with hehe.

I'm not too sure about that...I've been in the start-up of Flame's Inferno several times and gotten knocked out of it by magic. I know for sure the diving portion blocks magic, but I don't think the glyph itself does...

It seems like Blizzard got blocked by the glyph in that video, though.
