I have tried lots of different option and messed around with tons of different settings. I also contacted my ISP and they could not solve it either so I have pretty much given up at this point. Also I dont live in the US and Ive been trying to solve this issue for over a year so im too sick and tired of trying to be bothered at the moment. If anyone gives me another solution worth trying I guess I wouldnt mind but this thread has been dead for a long time now. Also with not many human opponents to fight and all im getting bored of dissidia and im awaiting Final Fantasy Type-0.
