Ok, srsly, if this is for AI, its pretty good. If its for PvP, ur gonna have to do some serious changes. First of, youll waequip a full artifact set: 1 EX seeker (it replaces CtY), and other 2 artifacts of choice. If those are unavailible, use. a full equipment set. Lufenian and Admant are generally the best choices, and for weapons, you'll probrably want that one katana that boosts the EX Intake range, though its personal choice.

As for your accs, you'll want a Gravitorb, a Pearl Necklace, and if you dont have EX Seeker, CtY is a must. Then you'll want some boosters: Summon Used/Unesed, Large Gap in BRV, HP=100%, Large Gap in HP, and the level boosters are generally good options. Then, if you want some extra damage, equip either a Champion Belt or a Red Gem. Hero's essence is also good if you feel like you need more CP, although wasting 3 slots with the rings is a bad thing. EX Gauge depletion is also something to consider, as WoL has a chipping nature, but its not a must.

Alternatively, you could use an ATK+ build. Those consist of a Red Gem and 9 +1 ATK accs. Your damage will skyrocket, but you'll be lacking a little in EX.

TL;DR: if this for AI, its good, if its for PvP, do KAoS, or if ur stubborn, your build should look like this: Gravitorb/Pearl Necklace/Red Gem/ Boosters
