I have the thing showing up in my shop accessory inventory. The thing is, this should be an EXTREMELY EASY battlegen accessory, considering you just have to fight Bartz and Empy a few time for 'Desire' items. To get the Ghost item, break stuff on the Phantom Train. I'll see about creating it this afternoon. Then we can get to the bottom of this problem(aside from trying to hunt for Friend Cards, which can be hard to find with Lucky Charms on them unless they post about it).

Ok, I took a look, and I think you just haven't checked your shop well enough. It's an EXTREMELY EASY BATTLEGEN Accessory, so all you gotta do is get the materials then trade em' in. Go to Accessories, scroll down to the orange accessories, and look for Lucky Charm. Choose that one, select yes once you got all the items, and presto. You got a Lucky Charm(upgrade it to Rabbit's Foot if you want Hero's Essence).
