I'd like to request a Friend Card with all the Tomes accessories, NA Version, any character (besides Feral Chaos) in a .zip file. I've looked through the entire thread and closest thing was a .rar file but I'm not sure what to do with .rar =/.

.rar is a more complex version of .zip;
Search the web for WinRar, which might have had its name changed, but searching for that will point you in the right direction.
For any recent or future NA requests, I'll try, playing by ear. My PSP is beginning to crap out on me.
Always been one to help out though!

I recommend 7Zip, it's more user-friend(IMHO) than WinRar.

I'm kinda new here. Anyways can I request a US Friend Card with all the tomes? (Tome of Men, Tome of Silence, Tome of Orator etc.) I would really appreciate someone who can upload that friend card for me.

I can do that Tome Card for you! Latest will be tomorrow night.
As far as the tips go, all I know of are certain artifacts, one-time use items, and temporary PP-bought abilities.
