"Speed Boost+(Tidus and Gabranth are the only characters that get an increase in their dash speed if u use a speed ability. (only in Ex mode however)) or do u guys think it's still a waste?
Are you sure about this and if so sounds like a must have. Can anyone confirm if this is true?"
I said in my previous post it's DFF only, it has been fixed in DDFF, speed boost does no longer provide a Free Air Dash Boost

Awesome Team sig made by Galadin!
- Speed boost from Tidus and Gabranth Ex Mode, however, do increase dash speed
OK, Sorry for causing confusion. What I mean there is, "Speed boost from Tidus and Gabranth Ex Mode" = their EX mode ability which increase their speed, namely Mirror Dash and Stray's Tenacity.
Just like any other character, the general Ability "Speed Boost" does NOT increase Tidus and Gabranth dash speed.
I'll reword that in my thread.
Um, Draec & Vamper, please rate my build, feel free to criticize and point out what I need to change.

Thanks ughbn and mogstache for correcting me on the whole dash speed issue. Guess I should of realized by the date ughbn posted that info it wasn't for 012.
@Draec yeah I'm going for a regen, duration, and power build. Thanks for the tips. I see now what u mean about having a good start as well as having a good mid/end game is important. I'll post up my new build later on. Oh and I'm
curious about how did u get such a high regen rate without booster( I seen a few vids where you're regenerating around 249 HP every time regen kicks in). and how do u feel about the K.O.T build. I know u feel that's its his second best build but what would be a good one( other then the one vamp posted)?

I notice some missing EX Critical Boost abilities in some of these builds. Here is the thing about this ability, so everyone can understand why or why not to have it. Using EX Critical Boost in a Gabranth build is essentially equivalent to using Counterattack in most other characters build. Many times, players will expect them and have a Disable ability on to prevent you from using it. Then again, you will also commonly notice in higher play replays these Disable Effects going off anyways, which means the player equipped Counterattack/EX Critical Boost anyways. Why do people do this? There are a few reasons. The first one is to punish a player for not equipping the Disable ability. The second is that some people don't use Disable abilities in order to save CP (though I don't know how common this is). The third reason (and this is pretty exclusive to EX Critical Boost) is because not all players have actually spent the time or even thought about getting Disable EX Critical Boost (as it pretty much only gets used on Gabranth, one very uncommon matchup).
What you might find interesting is that players often don't equip Disable EX Critical Boost. Watch replays, and you will see this to be very much true. It is something that doesn't always cross their mind. If you are at the very final rounds of tournament, facing the most serious of players out there, you might see the Disable ability. Then again, it might slip their mind as well. This is something to keep in mind. Watch your opponents and see which Disable ability they have on. Chances are they will have Disable Counterattack, not Disable EX Critical Boost. Please take this with a grain of salt. It really can very, but the logic here is that you have a better chance of not having EX Critical Boost disabled as you would find on other characters having Counterattack disabled.

I guess I'll post my build
Definitely need some advice for it

I definitely play an aerial game once I get into EX mode. Almost my entire time is spent in the air. Jecht is good at getting them off the ground and into the air as well as setting up for hatred or innocence. Any thoughts or suggestions?
