Puppeteer's Wheel, Perpetual Discord, other God items...

Any way to get these other than Powersaves (which there don't seem to be any of) or Action Replay codes (which there ALSO don't seem to be any of)? I want them. Can anybody point me in the right direction to get them?

They're AI only accessories. The only way to get them is from a hacked save.

You will have to cheat to get them only enemies can use them. If you just search there are enough posts explaining this.
