Maelstrom (ground) startup frame is 391F (6.5sec), which is 1 sec faster than the midair version.

Lazy me. Only tested the midair version and assumed both are the same before. Sorry. =[

You may need to take into consideration of the different direction input if your blocking on the ground :x
