I don't really listen to a whole lot and depend on my internet friend to supply me with K-Pop and depend on anime to supply me with J-Pop.

If it's the girl group, their main focus is on the US and korean market, wouldn't be very surprised if you heard the english version somewhere if you're an american. I mean, even Teddy Riley himself said this "I want to introduce Rania to the American market. I’m going to develop them into a global girl group like the Spice Girls and Pussycat Dolls."
