Good assist for Terra?

Under the right situation it works. (opponent assist locked, no full ex, using kuja assist) There was a video of it and a double assist was pulled off.

Block->Kuja assist (ground) ->Graviga->holy combo->Ultima->Kuja assist again and the same process again.

Is it inconvenient to have to rely on those conditions? Sure but is it impossible to hit in PVP against decent opponents? No.
There are probably others way to use it in PVP matches but that's something I would have to look up/try out to find out.

Yeah...you're just proving Graviga's impracticality. If you're going to focus on assist combos, you really shouldn't be looking at the potential of a single, impractical attack, but the potential of Terra's entire moveset.

Well no duh. I didn't say it was a primary use for terra, all I'm saying is that it CAN hit against a decent PVP match. That is all.
Also alot of her moves rely on assist since her HP attacks are pretty easy to dodge :P

Um...OK...let me know when you find someone actually decent and pull that combo off. Unless Terra has another method for starting the combo other than blocking, it's quite literally impossible to start on someone that knows what they're doing.

I've pulled it off before :3 It doesn't require blocking, just landing lag from Meteor.

But yeah, it's far more practical to just use assist chase with Kuja and follow up with Holy Combo. I only use this in casual matches for fun =P

Graviga is useful. Besides its like finding another assist besides kuja/sephy/jecht for other characters. Sure there not as damaging as them but they have other good uses (yuna,tidus, aerith) So just because graviga isn't that practical doesn't mean it can't be useful or even used right in a decent PVP game

OK. That makes it usable, but...not very likely to be used at all. Still, it's not stupidly impractical like the scenario in the video (which is a lot easier to do on AI, which makes sense that it's shown), which is good.

Yes, we know it's impractical, but it still means Graviga isn't entirely useless. It can combo from both Meteor and Blizzard Combo, so I wouldn't rule it out completely.
