    Default Kefka accessories build?

I'm just trying to get an idea on what accessories to use for Kefka. Is his Ex-mode worth getting in this game, or does it make more sense to go for an assist build?

Are there any boosters that work better for kefka in particular?

    Any help is appreciated.

I think he did a fair job of answering the question, despite the pun.

I would say that it's best to go with a mixture of both. Assists are very much a boon to Kefka but he is also ridiculous in ex mode. As Mr. NeroMD pointed out to me, you can do an Ex Build with absorb ex CORE + without weakening your assists.

I don't know much about accessories, so I just told him that Kefka is a badass in EX Mode.

I agree with Cookies. If you are worried about assists then you should do EX Core build. If not then do EX Force build.

The build I've been using. Focused on EX Mode.

Dancing Mad, First to Victory and Cyan Gem gives Kefka 60% initial EX Force, allowing him to enter EX Mode early midway during the match, and take away a big chunk out of opponent's HP.
I use as aerial bravery SSB (for self defense in tight spots) WWF (to make things difficult for opponent) and Ultima (for maximum damage during EX Mode). As such, this builds doesn't focus on EX Force much. Fortunately, Kefka has a decent flying speed, so Fake Mustache and Dragonfly Orb will do for EX Cores.
Silver Hourglass and Platinum Hourglass for 4 extra seconds of EX Mode goodness at low cost.
    Mystic Guard for safety.

    The rest is basically filler.
Winged Boots is helpful because Kefka falls like a rock and may get caught by terrain traps easily.
Hero's Essence for extra CP, good to fit in an EX Critical Boost.
Protect Stud here is an error, should be Magical Earring (which helps a bit with EX Burst).
No real preference for armor sets. I use a Blurry Moon for extra damage.

I find Yuna a good assist for Kefka. I can manage for example SSB > Yuna A-BRV > Trine or Hyperdrive, or SSB > Yuna A-HP > SSB.
