The matchup is 6-4 in Jecht favor, and you pretty much have to rely on mixup. If you are to obvious you'll get destroyed try alternating between the meltdown levels, and try using thundara. If he starts to chase you down you can get some surprise blizzard combos in assuming he doesn't jecht block whenever he see you stop. It's a hard matchup but Terra does have options.

The air, most definately. Jecht is far easier to punish there.
Terra can utilize some stages to her advantage to help her with these close range fighters.

Sorry I didn't get to this sooner. I say you did pretty well. The only thing I would add is multi air slide plus to give yourself space. I noticed he got you with jecht stream a few times after predicting a dodge which hurt you big time. Also try taking out thundara for blizzara so you can switch between that and blizzard combo for better mind games. Jecht block might be used from the instant they see blizzard thinking it's blizzard combo but it will end up being blizzara. Since that has a bigger start up (not too much though) it will hit them after they block. Timing is a little crucial though.
Out of curiosity why is Terra V Shantotto a 6-4 in Shan's favor? I've played a few decent Shanty players and I've had trouble but most of the time it ended up in my favor. Blizzarra is a very good ability to have equipped against her because of the low prio magic block that it has on startup which would make Bind/Stun pretty much useless...too bad its wall rush isn't as good anymore. :|

Bind is not useless vs terra in fact it's one of the main reasons why Terra shouldn't fully charge meltdown depending on the stage. Blizzara's weird angle can only do so much since Shan can stay out of it's range and use bind also let's not forget the Terra is easily assist punishable with yuna assist on shantotto. She can combo aero off of Yuna anytime in the air. You're most likely playing against Shantotto players who have no idea what they're doing in this mu

I think that the weird hitbox on Blizzara can trip some people up. I really wish that it wasn't almost a direct line. Of course using a lv2 and 3 meltdown is not a wise idea if its a smaller level. I do think I want to test this one a bit more, I feel like its going to be an agressively defensive match for Terra. :/
