From the moment i got the king of tragedy set i thought of doing this. Of course i had to lvl up my gabranth to 100 first. Its a dumb idea but i like trying dumb ideas and i think it worked pretty well. Tell me what you think

EX Revenge build on Gabranth isn't very good because we want that entire EX Bar to go EX Mode (Derp). Even though the EX Revenge time increases and gives us enough time to get a full EX Bar, it won't work in PvPs because the opponent is going to be building Assist through Shadowboxing, etc. The opponent can easily go out of EX Revenge by using Assist Change, rendering that entire EX Bar to waste.
I agree with Kain. And since I think this was tested on AI, it won't work on PvPs. Yeah it's a dumb idea. Lol. But it's great, if you're playing fun with friends and all.
<3 Yay for Waffles! <3 I am a boy, yes. :> <3
I think overall this is a very gimmicky build for Gabranth. Basing your entire gameplay on ex revenge is not worth it. All the other player has to do is not hit you and charge their assists by whiffing air. Compared to other sets I think you'll find yourself disappointed on how far it can take you in PvP. While it may at times give you a free hit, I think Ex Revenge should be used as a last chance type of thing by Gabranth players that is if you can save yourself from a final hit.
“Get the new Hatred XLS 2011.-The Hatred XLS 2011 is the best in its class equipped with the latest ex charge technology, and by Gabranth standard includes 10 different add-ons to des-pair your enemies, for it's 100% hybrid (runs on ex charges and/or ex forces–a renewable energy source). Hatred XLS utilizes the latest DPS-Duodecim Position System for navigation, detection and elimination of any “obstacles”. “GET IT NOW OR HATRED IS NOT WHAT DRIVES YOU.”-RDFMASTER
Spoiler:
I agree with Draec. The whole idea is very Gimmicky. Besides, using an Assist Change is pretty much the same thing and is more reliable and can be used in EX Mode as well.

EX Revenge is the best build for Gabranth. The only thing you have to watch out for is EX Depletion.
First, you can stop any multi-hit attack. Afterward, simply fall to the ground and EX Charge to full. You usually even have time to dc out of EX Charge and hit the opponent.
Second, you can cancel Assist combos if hit by the opponent first with a BRV or HP attack without EX Depletion. This limits the opponent's options and/or damage while you sit on a full EX Gauge, and offers you time to build Assist.
Third, you can EX Revenge after HP attacks to cause Break if the opponent doesn't have EX Depletion.
EX Revenge offers Gabranth a lot of versatility, defense from attacks, and forces the opponent to use a certain playstle or alter his build. And it doesn't take much gear commitment on your part, either. The King of Tragedy set + 2 Spider accessories is enough to charge to full and attack the opponent if low to the ground.
Spoiler:
this build is a complete failure when not near the ground
It's not the best for every stage and matchup, but I like it best in general.
Spoiler:
I guess it could work on low ceiling maps. But otherwise, it doesn't make much sense as you might not get enough extra time beyond an EX Charge to get a free hit in. I don't think I would call it his "best" setup in general, but I might call it an ideal setup on certain maps. That free Execution is kinda cool as well... While I hate to say it, I'm going to have to try this gimmick of a build and see if it works as well as Hollowed claims it does.

This is indeed interesting...
I wonder what EXR combo's people would come up with if you could be in EX mode and EXR at the same time, and I don't meant like what Gabranth HAS now, but proper EXR combo's
